4. Marketplace Rules

Fraudulent listings, counterfeit items, or misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination. All sales are final unless the seller explicitly states a return policy.
5. AI Grading Disclaimer
AI grading results are estimates for educational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional numismatic appraisal. For insurance, sale, or authentication purposes, we recommend using a professional grading service such as PCGS or NGC. 6. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.95/month after the free trial period. You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post false or misleading information; list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items; harass other users; attempt to circumvent our security measures; scrape or automate access to the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, and code is owned by A Flip Of A Coin. User-submitted content remains owned by the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. You may not reproduce Platform content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
A Flip Of A Coin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from marketplace transactions.
